Decahistidine tag which can be used for purification of tagged proteins using Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. This tag can be placed either at the N- or the C-terminus of the protein. This part is an E. coli codon-optimized version of BBa_K823037.

Usage and Biology

This part was used in our project for purification of the SpyCatcher002-dCBD and the OpdA-SpyTag002 constructs by Ni-NTA affinity column chromatography.
